FRIENDLY FURIOSA
(For the Future x Imported Premium
Bankett***)
| Friendly Furiosa |

|
| Heather Fields Photography |
Main mare book ISR/Oldenburg only a few points from Premium as a three year old. This large,
16.3 hand, very correct, quiet mare, was jumping out of 4’3" pasture fences as a filly, and has a scar on her hind leg
from jumping the manure spreader. She has one of the best Olympic pedigrees in the US. Friendly Furiosa is TWICE line
bred, in the first two generations, to the immortal Inschallah and the legendary Furioso II. Both of these sires together
have had over 15 on the Olympic team in both jumping and dressage. Friendly, her dam, and her sire are ALL 3/4 blood siblings
to the Olympic stallion Heisman. Friendly Furiosa is very easy to ride and has good gaits with a great uphill canter for
upper level dressage.
Sire: For the Future is a ¾ sibling to the Olympic
stallion, Heisman. He is out of the same great line, Furioso II; and his dam is the top three year old State Premium mare
in all Germany, also by Inschallah.
Dam: State Premium Bankett*** is by Inschallah,
grand sire of Rhodiamant. (Known for his "enormous gaits and supurb elasticity," he has sired over 30 approved
sons, 80+ States Premium daughters and several offspring to achieve Olympic fame. One of his greatest qualities was that he
was not a specialist but sired dressage talent equally with jumping talent.) Bankett is out of a State Premium
mare by Furioso II. She has won both high modified jumpers and fourth level dressage.
Foals: 2005 her first foal, filly by
Opus. O' So Friendly
attended her first show at Sorenson on August 6, and came away with the
blue ribbon in Fillies of 2005 and the Reserve Young Horse Championship.
